URLTesr which is currently still a beta product allows you to easily monitor and log the up time of your website. The current version can be installed and set to run in the background where it will only alert you when a problem exists. It also logs changes in the status of the URL’s that are being monitored and exports to standard comma separated value (csv) file format.

Planned future functionality will include the ability to send email or text message alerts.
