For Immediate Release: HappyToad IT Consulting is pleased to announce the release of RIATrax Beta 1. RIATrax is a set of Adobe Flex components that extend the Adobe Flex base components and integrate Google Analytics event tracking. By extending the existing Adobe Flex components, integrating the RIATrax components is extremely easy.
To upgrade an existing application to a RIATRax application a developer would simple need to change the namespace declaration to the RIATRax namespace and instantiate the Tracker class with your Google account information. By making these simple changes Adobe Flex applications will now get automatic event tracking through Google Analytics.
Although RIATrax will automatically track events to Google Analytics, it is also very flexible as it allows a developer to overide any of the built in tracking properties to use custom vales. RIATrax exposes the underlying Google methods to allow for the tracking of custom events as well.
